1. DURATION OF CONTEST
1.1 The Contest will run from Dec 1st 2019 through Jan 15th, 2020
1.2 The Contest includes One Grand prize draw for $100 Dinner for 2 The draw will take place on Jan 15th 2020 at the offices of Investors Group at 100-855 Queen Street Sault Ste Marie, On P6A 2B3
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 The Contest is open to all residents Ontario. Entrants must be age of majority and over at the time of entry. Employees, Consultants and Agents of either IGFS or IGSI, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers of material or services related to the Contest are not eligible to enter the Contest. Members of the family (mother, father, spouse, children or siblings) or persons residing with these employees, Consultants or Agents are also not eligible to enter the Contest.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 No purchase or investment is required. All entries must be received by the Contest Sponsor no later than Jan 15th, 2020 for the Jan 15th 2020 draw at 4:30 pm EST The Contest Sponsor as defined in paragraph 7.1 below will not be responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or incomplete entries.
3.2 Entry forms must be legible and completed in full to be eligible.
3.3 Entrants agree to inform all potential clients that they may be contacted by Investors Group
4. PRIZES
4.1 Grand Prize: Dinner for 2 valued at $100.00- restaurant of the winners’ choosing. Prize is subject to terms and conditions below.
4.2 In the event that, for reasons beyond their control and not related to the winners, the Contest Sponsor is unable to award a Prize as described in these Rules, they will substitute a Prize of similar nature and equal or greater value at their sole discretion.
5. PRIZE ACCEPTANCE
5.1 Prize must be accepted as awarded.
5.2 To be declared a winner, an Entrant whose entry form is drawn must be eligible for the Contest as provided by these rules (the “Selected Entrant”). If the Selected Entrant fails to comply with the rules the Prize may be forfeited and another Entrant may be selected for that Prize.
5.3 The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received prior to the draw by the Contest Sponsor.
5.4 The Contest Sponsor will attempt to contact the Selected Entrant within ten (10) working days of the Draw and any Selected Entrant must make arrangements to accept their Prize within thirty (30) days of the Draw by contacting the Contest Sponsor at 705-759-0220 signing an Acknowledgement of Compliance as described in paragraph 6.1 below, and correctly answering the mathematical skill testing question in order to be declared a winner and claim the Prize. Failure to do so may result in the Prize being forfeited and another Entrant may be selected for that Prize. Skill testing question: Multiply 10x7; Subtract 30; Divide by 2; Add 22 = ________. Once the Selected Entrant has contacted us, signed the Acknowledgement of Compliance and answered the skill testing question, arrangements will then be made to award the Prize to the Selected Entrant.
6. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF COMPLIANCE
6.1 Before being declared a winner, the Selected Entrant will be required to sign an Acknowledgement of Compliance, indemnifying and holding harmless the Contest Sponsor and their affiliated companies, their advertising or promotion agencies, the providers of the Prize, the members of these groups, and employees, agents, Consultants, representatives and their respective successors and assigns from any liability or prejudice of whatsoever nature that they might incur or suffer arising from the acceptance or use of their Prize.
6.2The name, quotations, place of residence and photos or other representations of the winner may be used for advertising and other promotional purposes without other remuneration or compensation, and by accepting the Prize the winner gives his or her consent thereto and to signing a Release in a form satisfactory to the Contest Sponsor upon request.
7. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
7.1 This contest is sponsored by Donnelly Group PWM All decisions of the Contest Sponsor are final.
7.2 The Contest Sponsor of this Contest disclaims any liability for any prejudice incurred or loss suffered directly or incidentally in part or in whole by participation in the Contest or the acceptance or the use of the Prize.
7.3 The Contest is governed by all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.
7.4 Investors Group Financial Services Inc., and Investors Group Securities Inc. are committed to keeping your personal information, and the personal information of any person you refer to us, confidential. This information is collected for the purpose of this Contest may be shared between and used by Investors Group Financial Services Inc. and/or Investors Group Securities Inc. in order to be able to inform you as to investment opportunities or to provide additional financial information from time to time and for other related purposes. By participating in this Contest, you agree to the use of this information for these purposes.
7.5 Entries may be destroyed after the completion of the Contest.
For Quebec residents only: Any dispute regarding the organization or running of a promotional contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (“Régie”) with a view to its settlement. A dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
